Nate is a Research Associate in the Plant Biology Department at Michigan State University. He studies professional development in early-career biology faculty, STEM teaching practices, and plant ecophysiology.
In his spare time he does woodworking, plays ultimate frisbee and soccer, and plays with his telephoto camera lens. He likes making vegetarian curry and kombucha.
